Back Pain Caused by Lifting
Even the strongest of us have suffered pain at the hands of lifting a few boxes. Why is that? It has to do with an improper lifting technique. Here are a few tips to ensure you do not hurt your back the next time you lift items.
Squat down to the item and then lift with your knees. Never bend at the waist.
Do not twist your waist while lifting.
Do not hold the item above your shoulders and keep it close to your body.
If you follow this advice, you should be able to lift and carry your items without a problem. If you have suffered back pain from carrying heavy items then visit your chiropractor to set things right.

We trust Kris and Melissa completely. They have been a huge help to my whole family. Melissa's prenatal care helped my baby stay in the correct position, greatly easing my birth.
